PRESIDENT

The president is elected to direct the affairs of the PTO in cooperation with the other members of the board of directors for a term of office specified in the bylaws.

VICE-PRESIDENT

The vice president should make a thorough study of the president’s duties and responsibilities and be familiar with the work of the organization.

TREASURER

The treasurer is the legally responsible, authorized custodian, elected by the members, to have charge of the funds of the Yreka PTO.
